One of the successful TV channels opens position of Sales Manager Requirements:· Relevant experience in the field· Knowledge grasp sales· Initiative and creativity· Spirit analytical· Good negotiator· Good organiser· Capacity working under stress· Ability to solve problems fast· Capacity Coordination Team· Communication skills oral / written in English language· PC operating knowledge Responsibilities:- Responsible for reaching revenues market share and all other established objectives ;
- Responsible for yearly and quarterly budget accomplishment;
- Responsible for pursuance and observant of sales budget and for the remedial measures in case of non fulfillment of the budget;
- Responsible for Sales Department coordination and control;
- Responsible for each project coordination in efficacy and profitability manner;
- Responsible for cash flow gathering accordingly to company’s policy ;
- Responsible for contractual relationship with the clients and other state authority;
- Respects the Internal Policy and working procedures concerning his/her positon
Assignations: 1. General assignations· Detailed knowledge of administrated ;· Respects communication plans/paths and company’s Sales;· Responsible for the making of, implementation, pursuance of Action Plan (deadline, timeline);· Responsible for Sales activity evaluation ;· Propose sales directions and ressources for administrated products and comply them for approval to Sales Dierctor;· Accompanied by the marketing department prepares the presentations for the clients, the special projects, etc.;· Identifies the opportunities for creating new strategies, packages and makes proposals to the sales department;· Negotiates and keeps in touch with the advertising agencies and the clients he/she is responsible for;· Verifies the way the orders were programmed, prepares the contracts and accounts for the agencies and the clients budgets;· Prepares monthly pointing with the agencies and sees that the proper information and documents (contracts, bills, offers, surveys) get to the agencies and clients;· Handles client’s portfolio and is in charge with improving it;· Accompanied by the financial department he/she is in charge with recovering the debts from the clients;· Permanently reports – daily, weekly, monthly, trimester, annually – to the sales manager regarding the sales activity. 2. Financial attributions - Coordinates and ensures the implementation of financial reporting formats;
- Pursues and analyses business indicators, presenting the conclusions to the person above him/her in rank.
3. Organizational development - Supervises the implementation of sales strategies;
- In the department he is leader, develops internal working procedures;
- Supervises and ensures the fulfillment of internal operating procedures;
